Lerry Liang, born in Guangzhou,1994, studied at the China Academy of Art from 2013. He created his first collection in 2016, before his official graduation, which has caught the well-known buyer shop Dong Liang’s eyes for partnership. The collection has been featured on Business of Fashion, the most influential fashion media. After that, he launched his own brand Boy Vending Machine. His work has been widely featured on various fashion magazine, including Esquire, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and more. With his launch of second collection, Lerry Liang has won Lane Crawford Creative Call Out, and has been invited to design for Halloween Edition by Budweiser. In 2018, Lerry Liang and Charles Wang, the co-founder of Dongliang, established label BVM TEAMS. With drawing inspiration from classicism and re-imaging the modernism, a juxtaposition of history, classical art, ballet and gymnastics forms refined elegance and modern women’s power in their work. BVM TEAMS joined not SHOWROOM in 2018.
